CAN I USE MY PADOT OR POWERDOT TO CHARGE MY MOBILE PHONE AND HEADPHONES?
Our wireless charging module is a Qi-certified product, which means it has smart auto power adaption from 5W to 15W for the universal device. So, you can use this wireless charging module to charge your earphones and mobile phones.
CAN I TAKE MY POWERDOT ON THE PLANE?
Yes, definitely you can use your Powerdot on the plane.
HOW LONG CAN THE LIGHTDOT BE ON ONCE IT IS FULLY CHARGED?
There is a 2000mAh built-in rechargeable battery in the Lightdot for emergency use, which means it can fully meet various needs in daily life. Generally, the 2000mAh built-in battery can support a maximum 24-hours consistent use for Lightdot.
WILL THERE BE MORE MODULES IN THE FUTURE?
Yes, there are more modular products under development: Zephyrdot [Desktop humidifier module], Timedot [Calendar, Alarm clock module], Lampdot [small desk lamp module], etc.
HOW MANY MODULES CAN BE COMBINED AND WORK TOGETHER?
For the best performance, we recommend that the modules combined are not more than 6 units.
WILL THE PERFORMANCE SLOW DOWN IF I COMBINED A LOT OF MODULES TOGETHER?
Yes, the total performance will slow down when combining over 6 modules together.
CAN I USE OTHER POWER ADAPTERS FOR MODOT?
Sure, all Modot modules are equipped with a Type-C standard charge port support for all other power adapters, but for the best performance, please select Modot customized 45W Power Adapter.
IS MODOT WATERPROOF?
It depends on each module’s feature, and our current modules are not designed to be waterproof.
IS THERE ANY POWER PROTECTION FOR EACH MODULE?
Yes, there is a smart power managing IC, Shifton, in each module for making sure the module works safely.
IS THERE ONLY ONE COLOR TEMPERATURE IN ONE LIGHTDOT?
No, there are two color temperature LED lights preinstalled in one Lightdot, the Warm White and the Cool White, and a fast switching by just a soft tap on the surface.
CAN I ADJUST THE LIGHT LEVEL OF THE LIGHTDOT?
Yes, Lightdot is featured with step-less dimming, a long-touch on the surface for the fast and convenient adjustment.
CAN POWERDOT SUPPLY THE POWER TO OTHER MODULES WITHOUT CONNECTING THEM TO A POWER SUPPLIER?
Yes, Powerdot can supply any other modules without being connected to a power supplier.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER BEING SHIPPED?
All the orders will be shipped in a month, but if the tooling works perfectly without adjustment, the ETS will be advanced.
