SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been placed, Best & First will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days. You will recevie your product in 7-15 working days.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays – so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from the dispatch of your order from our warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information with a link to track your package. Please check the tracking information for your expected delivery date and time.

Please kindly know that due to COVID-19, the delivery time can be longer.

Who is responsible for paying import tax?

When ordering from Bestandfirst, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Any charges for Customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient, Bestandfirst has no control over these charges, and has no way of knowing how much they will be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order with us. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
